A workforce pipeline connecting American education, research, and innovation

to paid careers, economic mobility, and domestic manufacturing.

Why does it matter?

AMERICA FUNDS THE TALENT. OVERSEAS FACTORIES GET THE JOBS.

Americans spend $560 billion annually on clothing and footwear, yet only 3% of apparel sold here is American-made.

We invest billions in American education, then send jobs, and economic growth overseas.

Atelier Circuit is building the bridge back to American production.

American graduates without jobs
Where Are the Fashion & Materials Science Career Pathways? Everyone wears clothes.

America invests billions in education and innovation, yet graduates face limited pathways.

The Atelier Circuit is a nonprofit fashion house building the missing workforce pipeline, connecting university research, materials innovation, and skilled graduates to paid opportunities and U.S. production.

We bring the industry projects, production leadership, technical workflows, mentorship, and cross-disciplinary coordination with workforce funding collaboration, and student and facility participation.

America holds decades of specialized textile and manufacturing knowledge. Universities are advancing new materials and technology, but research needs a pathway into real work.

The Atelier Circuit connects workforce pathways and American production before that knowledge is lost.

THE MISSING EDUCATION TO WORKFORCE PATHWAY
America invests billions in education, research, skilled talent, and manufacturing infrastructure; yet fails to fully connect these resources to paid careers and domestic production. Without workforce pathways, we leave our talent, technology, and investment underutilized. The Atelier Circuit is building the missing link from education to paid employment and American manufacturing.

BREAKING FINANCIAL BARRIERS. UNLOCKING TALENT. BUILDING STRONGER FUTURES.

Atelier Circuit empowers talented individuals from underserved communities to pursue their potential through accessible, hands-on skills development, industry mentorship, and real-world workforce experience; opening pathways to meaningful employment, career advancement, and lasting economic mobility.

Built in Phases

 IMPACT

Phase One | Foundation

Fund the missing pathway from education to American production.

Activate the people, knowledge, education relationships and production network already in place. Pay students and experienced specialists to work together, moving art and innovation through textiles into American-made finished work.

Phase Two | Expansion

Turn one proven pipeline into more paid American opportunity.

Repeat the model, expand paid student and specialist participation, advance more materials and textiles, and prove the pathway can deliver measurable outcomes again.

Phase Three | Establish It

Create a year-round bridge from education to American making.

Establish a continuous paid workforce pathway where students and emerging professionals work alongside experienced specialists, carrying art, materials and textile knowledge into American production.

Phase Four | Extend It

Strengthen the American fashion pipeline.

Extend the proven model across more universities, students, artists, scientists, textile specialists and American makers, preserving specialized knowledge while creating more paid pathways into U.S. production.
